Hello AOB Friends,

Art of Broadcast’s management client Abandoned Pools is back! The band headlined the buzzband.la show at Spaceland on June 15th. The group played amazing tracks from Armed To The Teeth, Humanistic and the yet to be titled third album. The crowd response was amazing and AP fans are glad to have Tommy back! Thanks to Kevin Bronson from Buzz Bands LA.

Recently, Abandoned Pool’s played an amazing show to a packed crowd at the Viper Room last night as direct support for Ashes Divide. The band opened with “Legionnaire” the first song seeded from the new LP. This has become a fan favorite. If you visit the Abandoned Pools myspace and facebook the fans are loving it. Tommy and the band played two more new songs that will appear on the new LP. Of course, the band also played fan favorites like The Remedy, Tighter Noose, Rabble, and Flourescein. Special thanks to Ashes Divide for having us.

AOB: How did you manage to host your own show?

AW: “It was between me and one other jock. They put us in a room with a single fork and we had to fight to the death. I won. I still have the fork.”

AOB: What's the idea behind the Final Hour?

AW: “It has two parts. 1. Play all the stuff we can't play during the day & 2. New stuff; Metal, punk, indie, debuts, and deep cuts. We prefer to keep it loud and upbeat”
